Excellent skills. Always makes patient feel at ease. Explains clearly what he proposes doing and what the options are. Also available for emergencies and encourages patients to call if they have any questions.
The front desk is not so hot, and UMKC can't seem to solve it. But I would not go anywhere else because I've gone to dentists where the front help is great. It's the dentist's skills I am interested in. UMKC could get its act together on that front desk help, though. Being courteous isn't that hard.
