Office polices, how would you like to meet with a payment collector after your office visit? Most appointments are 25 to 30 minutes behind schedule. If you cancel your appointment they will charge you $50 fee, if they cancel your appointment then it’s okay. Basically their customer service is nonexistent. Youi are treated as a means to collect insurance payments.

650.00 For Xrays and teeth cleaning is highway robbery. She should be ashamed of herself. Maybe she is just trying to rob the insurance company

Have had cleanings, fillings, crowns and diagnostics completed at Dr. Bromley's office. Never had a complaint or issues that weren't resolved to my satisfaction.
About Hygienist: Kathy rocks! I've never had a better hygienist.

Dr. Bromley and her staff have always been professional and at the same time treated me like family since day one. They listen and are great with any age. I have 4 children and she has been wonderful with them, we would recommend this office to anyone. She has brought in another Dr. (Amy) in as her clientele has grown, she fits in wonderful and is a very knowledgeable in their field. I am thankful to have had a Doctor I can trust and for this long and hope for the rest of my "dental" life. I even moved to Austin for a brief stint but never changed dentists. I snuck in appts when home visiting.
About Hygienist: She has a few and they have all treated me and my family wonderful! Wouldn't change a thing.

Dr. Bromley takes the pain out of going to the dentist! A very caring and upbeat personality. She is wonderful with children and they even have a play room for the kids! Her staff is always willing to help in whatever way possible.

Dr. Bromley and her Staff are excellent. I have had everything from cleanings to crowns done and never a complaint. She is always pleasant and positive. Earlier this year she was out for a few months due to medical issues but Dr. Amy stepped in and covered and was just as great to work with.

I used to hate going to the Dentist A Serious Phobia, and although I don't Jump for joy when my appointment comes around, I no longer come up with the lame excuses that i used to and reschedule or just cancel all together. They help you relax in a comfortable and professional manner. They've really helped me overcome my Dental Fears.

The only problem I have ever had are her hours or the hours of operation of her office. Not being mean by any means but its almost like shes a part time dentist. Very professional and absolutely knows what shes doing but the office is closed a lot of the time.

I and my family have been going to Dr. Bromley for years. She and her staff are very competent, friendly and reassuring. I have also recommended her to friends. Everyone who has gone to her has continued with her as a regular dentist. She has filled caveties on my children's teeth, with never any tears. My husband says she is the gentlest dentist he has ever gone to.
The office is immaculate and they have a small waiting area, with videos, just for little ones to wait while mom or dad has thier appt. The outer waiting area is small but has many magazines. I rarely have waited more than 5-10 minutes once I have arrived.
If you do make an appt. for a cleaning it may be a while before you can get in as she is so popular, but she is worth the wait. You can expect a reminder card and then a call before your appt. which I really appreciate.
**If you have a problem like a tooth ache, they will get you in right away.
They are very good with insurance companies, also.
