If you're looking for a good dentist, stay away from Case Dental in South City! I've had 6 appts. in the last several months. Today I was supposed to get three fillings for $60. When I arrived they told me it would actually be $100. Why? Because my insurance didn't pay enough for my last visit. Have I gotten a bill from them? No. Did anyone tell me I had a balance due? No. And they refused to do today's work, until I paid the balance due. But I didn't have enough to pay all of that at once. When I told them I wanted to them to do the work they promised for the price they promised, and that I would pay their bill when I received it, they told me either I could pay for it all or leave. So I left. And I won't be going back. I was treated very disrespectfully.

Fantastic, friendly office and doctors. Never a problem with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.

I really liked going to Dr. Case until he made fun of my teeth. It made me feel really bad and uncomfortable...and once he did a root canal and was going back in to put the post in, he wouldnt numb me, he said there isnt a nerve there, no need to numb it....well, my anxieties got so bad....i had vertigo for months from it. So, I didnt appreciate being made fun of and not getting numbed when i wanted to be numb!!!!

I love the experience every time I go to visit. The people are wonderful, caring, and always helpful.

Everyone there is nice, however, the facilities could be nicer. Also, the cavity I had filled there was the most painful experience in my life! I think there are likely better dentists out there, even though Dr Case seems like a nice guy.

Dr Case and staff are friendly, sometimes a bit standoffish. The only thing I didnt like was the lack of novacine for the 2nd visit for a root canal. This was very stressful and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I'd rather not have to have a drill going up into my head without at least being numb.

Dr. Case and his staff have performed various dental procedures on our whole family: myself, my husband, and our two daughters. Everyone on his staff is very competent and makes you feel relaxed. I sometime have "high dental anxiety", but I never feel that way at Dr. Case's office. We have never had a problem with any of the work performed, including my daughter's braces. He and his staff make everything as painless as possible. I always feel we are receiving the highest level of care at Dr. Case's. I don't hesitate for a moment to highly recommend him and his staff for any dental procedure.

The office is really nice, very clean with a separate patient bathroom. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, Dr. Case is a neat dentist with a good sense of humor. Has extended hours until 8:00 PM which is really helpful with my work schedule. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dentist.

Office is very neat and clean, also has a separate patient restroom, which is nice. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, love the music they program, so much better than generic Muzak junk. Dr. Case is very friendly with a good sense of humor and an excellent dentist. I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I've recommended him to everyone. Very relaxed, actually fun, atmosphere. Like most people I hate the dentist, but since finding him I don't mind going so much.
