Do not go there to have any cosmetic. They do not have processes in place to ensure they are working on the correct tooth. They bought a lady in for the initial exam and wrote down the number tooththat my sister wanted to have her gold put on. The lady wrote down the incorrect tooth number. Then the next person came into the room to start to file the tooth and my sister notice that he was filing on the wrong tooth. My sister made a statement to him as to the tooth he was filing on and then she told him that was the wrong tooth. He did look at the initial intake paperwork and said that the first lady who saw my sister wrote down the wrong tooth number but once he started filing on the tooth there's nothing they can do they have to continue on this is a lifestyle change. So after that they told my sister that they would have to continue on putting the gold on the wrong tooth and she asked for her money back they said they couldn't give her money back but yet she just gave them $200 cash this wasn't on the credit card or a debit card. Then they said well we can give you a free teeth cleaning . Now all of their calls go to answering service I could not speak to anyone at the office. I am now about to contact everyone.

I ' ve only visited the city location 1 for an emergency because Dr. Snitzer wasn't at the Kirkwood location on that day and i was in pain. Dr. Snitzer normally at the city location on Tuesday's and it happened to be a Tuesday i had the toothache the tooth in question was #18. I'm normally a Kirkwood patient

I had fI've golds.put in one put on a dental parcel and I gave from Minnesota .The staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable with getting this procedure done.The Densit was very good along with staff.He made sure I had all meds right after my procedure was completed since I had two knee replacement! !Very professional clean and safe environment. Thanks guys!!!

Ok Ok.... lets get this straight. This is not DR COLEMAN. This is DR Richard Snitzer - just google search his name and see the bad reviews. I never knew this until my last visit. I always thought the big ANGRY guy was dr. coleman, but nope his name is Richard Snizter. MAN does he yell, curse and then yell some more. This is not my first time here but it will be my last. I have never heard so many curse words in my life and I am a pretty language abuser myself, but come on if your a doctor act like it. I drew the straw when he got an attitude with me. THIS MANs reviews under his REAL NAME speak volumes. Just read them!!!! You are warned - do not come!!!!
He just wants your money and make you pay so much for work you dont need - I realized this the hardway. If you want golds go somewhere else. trust me

About Hygienist: Hygienist and assistant were the only pleasant part of this. I feel bad for the workers that get yelled out by the dentist. The hygienist was very nice.

I had chipped my teeth in 2003 so I heard that I could get a gold cap to cover it up. I live in Milwaukee I travled all the way to St. Louis just to get capped I took 6 of my friends and we all came out very happy.

Excellent service and the first come basis is great. Doctor Coleman made a perfect bottom bridge , which I have never needed a adjustment. NOT ONE...

not good at all my teeth look nothing like they did before i went in i now have big gaps in my teeth i cant eat properly cause my mouth does not close all the way teeth are crooked whole experience was painful mouth still bleeding it was a big waist of time and money they just totally jacked my smile up!!!!!!

during this tough time dr. coleman office is still sufficient and not costly at all fits in to your budget with quality work and friendly service I appreciate this office for being around for myself and husbands root canal our jobs offer health insurance but no dental this helped us out a great deal thank you may God Bless

THE COST WAS AFFORDABLE , THE WAIT WAS NOT BAD , ON SATURDAYS THEY HAVE A 1ST COME 1ST SERVE POLICY WHICH I LOVED. I WENT FOR A CLEANING AND THEY DID THE BEST OUT OF 3 OTHER VERY EXPENSIVE DENTIST I WENT TO.
