Terrible experience. What sort of ghetto dentist is this?
First, we waited 1.5 hours. Then the receptionist yelled at my youngest daughter (even though she was fairly quiet and there were no other families in the waiting room. My family were the only ones. My daughter was playing My Little Pony and tried to move a chair slightly as a platform to put her horsies on when she got yelled at).
Then my second daughter went back to be seen. The dentist told her to "stay put" when my daughter was unsure of whether to stay in the room or go back to the waiting room. The dentist then jokingly told my daughter to stay put or he'd "beat her up." Now she is scared.
Very poor mannerisms and most of the staff seemed unprofessional.
About Front Desk: Receptionist did not communicate well and seemed rude and unprofessional.
About Hygienist: Hygienist is the only professional acting person there.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Dr. Hill's office. The location is convenient and I love that he is thorough in his exams and explains every step of all procedures. Dr. Hill is very nice and he likes to keep you laughing, and that makes an enjoyable visit. You can tell he comes from a great family with high morals and ethics.
