Super friendly environment, makes me very comfortable and at home. Extremely knowledgeable and gentle. Makes me enjoy going to the dentist, which i used to dread! Everything about Dr. Jacobson and his office is great. Can't wait to go back!

I have been going to Dr. Jacobson for many years and I absolutely love him and his office staff. He is extremely gental and very thorough. The hygienist is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have about your oral health.

Dr. Jacobson seems competent in dentistry but his attitude and his hygienist do not match the price they charge. I scheduled a regular cleaning and received a rough and not-thorough cleaning from the hygienist named Brittany. When I told her it did not feel clean, she accused me of having food debris in my mouth. I've had many cleanings before, and I can tell the difference between "build-up" and "breakfast". I was billed for "periodontal maintenance" instead of a regular cleaning. The cleaning that I received was worse than a regular cleaning, much less a "periodontal cleaning". I called the office and Dr. Jacobson refused to acknowlege of the lack of care in Brittany's service. I will go to a better dentist with better facilities and more competent hygienist next time.
Low quality service at high prices. Beware of incorrect billing codes and extra charges. The dentist is not motivated to provide good service but seemed technically competent, and he had spit on my lip while I was in the chair. The hygienist Brittany was not thorough in cleaning and was rough and rude. The facility is sanitary but unpleasant with obsolete analog X-ray machine & harsh flourescent lights on the low basement ceiling. They billed the poorly rendered regular dental cleaning for "periodontal maintenance", and refused to make the correction. The upside is they are likely to have immediate openings if you need a last-minute visit, but I won't go back again.
About Hygienist: Chris the hygienist was very good and friendly. The other hygienist, Brittany, was no thorough and not gentle. When I told her my teeth did not feel clean after the cleaning,she became very defensive about it. It was the worst cleaning I had, and when I told Dr. Jacobson about it, he defended her and accused me of having

Have been seeing him for 20 years. Very up to date office, familiar with latest technology. Gentle technique, very patient and thorough - he will take the time to do it right the first time. He has done inlays and fillings on me. Friendly, personable office staff. Cable TV in all treatment rooms, you can also bring your own tapes to watch. Small waiting room, but very well chosen and current magazine selection. Works well with children and very old people.
