I have seen dr Lin for years and just finally got tired of the poorest ice and staff. I started miveinf my children to new dentists years ago and finally have move the one with braces. Dr Lee has done a ooor job of keeping parent informed and had told me my son teeth were done and ready to have braces remove but I double check with new dentist and was told no they were not. Center and needed to be moved. Wow had I not gone to other dentist I am sure DR Lin would have said they were done! Horrible service and lack of Communication both Dr. Lee and Dr. Lin would been people I would avoid that facility is not equipped to handle good dentistry or orthodontist work I cannot wait to be done with braces once my new Dentist Approves the work that has been done and tells me that it's correct I will no longer go to Dr. Lee or Lin ever again

Child had appt. to have 4 teeth extracted, 2 fillings & sealants. Chose to have him sedated. After the oral cocktail, he was still very much alert & aware of surroundings. Dr. Lin wanted to give him a shot of Demerol to further sedate him, to which we absolutely agreed. She gave him the shot and immediately went to work. My child was sceaming out in pain & in fear. We asked her to stop for a few mintues & give the Demerol a chance to take effect. She refused; therefore, we refused to allow her to continue. She kept telling us that he "probably would not remember anything". He was still feeling that physical pain and the fear that comes along with it at that moment. It doesn't not matter that he may/will not remember it. To put a child through that is cruel, especially when waiting 10-15 min. would have avoided it all. Moved to private waiting room so he could be monitored until all sedatives wore off. Within 15 min. of the Demerol shot he was asleep & completely "out of it" & remained that way for over an hour. Dr. needs to have more compassion for each patient and allow ample time for situations that may arise. *Quality of care needs to take priority over the number of patients seen each day.* (STOP RUSHING!!!)
