I went to Dr. Otto on the recommendation of one of the top oral surgeons in the mid-west. After a lifetime of dental work that has lead to one problem and then another I was shocked when Dr. Otto figured out ways to renew and restore teeth without redoing caps as every other dentist had insisted I needed. She saved my smile and my pocket book. She really is also an artist. The work she does is so beautiful and natural looking. The office is great and will always get me in right away if there is any problem. Dr. Otto and her staff have even stayed late and gone to work early in order to see me when the schedule was otherwise full. She take such care to make she I am comfortable and she is great with my kids. They like going to the dentist! I only wish I had started with Dr. Otto years ago. I know that if I had I would have saved a small fortune and I would not have suffered so much through the years. 5 STARS!

About Front Desk: Mary is so helpful! She runs that office very well and I always know that she will answer any questions right away and fit me into an appointment in a hurry if I need one. The billing is always straight forward and fair. At other offices I have felt that the office manager's job was to squeeze every penny out of me and my insurance company. Mary is not like that. I know I can trust her. 5 STARS!

About Hygienist: I love getting my teeth cleaned at Dr. Otto's. They take so much time to clean every surface of every tooth perfectly. This is the best and the most thorough cleaning you will ever experience. The whole process is at the same time gentle and relaxing. This web site won't let me put in that this is like a spa and that it is very affordable. So I will tell you here that when you leave after you have had your teeth cleaned you will feel like you just left the spa! 5 STARS!

I am a 54 year old female who had never been pleased completely with a dentist and dentist ofce. Jane Otto is the best I've ever been to. She is good at what she does, pleasant, compassionate and pleasant. She rates a 10 in my book!!!

Jane is fantastic. I have never had better experiences at a dentist's office. I saw the review completely trashing Jane's receptionist Mary (who btw is Mary's sister). Mary has always been nothing but professional, polite and helpful. They truly are the best!

I find that it is sometimes easy to overstate how much I like or "approve" of a service when filling out these online reviews. Without exaggeration, this office is the most professional, affordable, flexible, and "humane" dentist's office I've ever been to. Perhaps the most balanced review I can give is to say that I have referred my entire family to Jane Otto's practice, including my 80-year-old Dad who has myriad dental issues as a result of battling a brain tumor. Each of my family members who have visited her office have returned to her, and encouraged the people they know to go to Dr. Otto as well. If I thought there was anywhere on earth that would treat my parents more professionally or affordably or whatever, of course I would send them there--but I referred them to Jane Otto because I am convinced she and her team are the best around. I suggest you try her once to see if her practice aligns with your needs--if it does not, continue your search for the right dentist. I have a hunch, though, that you will return to Dr. Otto and her team.

Dr. Otto is very good at all procedures she has perforemed for me. She frequently invests in the most modern equipment. I saw a negative comment regarding the receptionist, Mary. I have dealt with her for over 10 years and have always found her to be highly proffesional as well as personal. If you treat good people with respect, they will treat you with respect. These are good people.

About Hygienist: Dr. Otto always has very good dental assistants and Hygenists. Her current assistant, Sedina, is excellent. She has the perfect touch for this work.

Would recommend to anyone and have...Always on time. Virtually pain free...Can work you in if there's a problem.

Dr Otto is actually very nice, its the other one Mary Otto. She is quite unprofessional and most rude. She doesnt have any type of personality and talks down on you like she is better or something. If Dr Otto fired her, I would recommend her more but I dont think anyone should be subjected to that type of attitude.
