For a small office in any profession, Wallach's is something of a model. With a patient under stress they are sympathetic and, smiley, while maintaining utmost professionalism.
One of my procedures failed due to reasons largely beyond dental control. Though I understood from the first that additional work might be called for, they were very sympathetic to my possible feelings and worked around my schedule to remedy my problem.
Staff retention rates are high--one person has been there for 20 years, another retired from there after a similar tenure. Reasons for doing procedures are always explained; questions are entertained without reluctance. For a patient in trouble on the weekend, Wallach is easily available.
About Front Desk: Scheduling is efficient and pleasant without being pushy or demanding. The receptionist/scheduler knows what procedure is being done and how long it will probably take. There is a fair amount of staff coordination long before the patient is put on the schedule.

Treatments were a total success. Dr. Wallach took the time to really do the right fit. I've never had a more comfortable office.
2nd generation. Dental care and expertise seems to be in the genes!

Excellent! I've been a patient for over 20 years. Marc Wallach (and staff) are very gentle, nearly painless and do a great job. Dental prices are somewhat expensive, but in line with other area dentists. His practice style is a good combination of preventative dentistry and conservative dentistry. Dr. Wallach only does and recommends what he believes is necessary. He sells no extras in terms of additional (unnecessary) services unless a patient specifically seeks out cosmetic work. And, as for cosmetics, he does a great job . 5 stars!
