Porcelain crown on molar right lower side. Crown looks and feel s great, injection painless and numbing was good.

About Hygienist: the hygienist was a temp but her skill and general dentistry knowledge were impressive. she explained to me why we should floss and showed me the proper technique.

This is a great office. The staff is very friendly and Ive never had a bad experience with an appointment. If Ive needed to change an appointment, the receptionist has always worked with my schedule and made me feel like I was their most important patient. I feel the same way when Im in the office and in the dental chair. There are several doctors there. I see Dr. Westphal regularly, but have seen another doctor in an emergency. Again, no bad experiences. I would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning or dental work.

Dr. Westphal has a great bedside manner with experience to back it up. I have only gone to him for basic dental work, but everything he has done has withstood the test of time. I also have very sensitive teeth and for some reason shots don't seem to numb my roots up. Dr. Westphal was very sensitive to my needs and helped me get comfortable throughout the procedures. I would recommend him.

The facilities are great. You can watch TV while you're in the chair. The dental assistants are very nice and knowledgable. Dr. Westphal is as gentle as can be. I couldn't be happier with the service him and his staff provides.
