I went in to doctor korando he was fast and very pleasant toward me when I had my teeth took in out he told me the risks I thought he was very processional and very well at treating his patients.
About Front Desk: She was pleasant and very good at her job.

My kids see Dr. Korando. So far, I am not pleased with the office. In order to avoid cutting a school day short this year, we had an appointment scheduled for a Sunday afternoon. Nearly four hours later, we returned home. The need was to have a cavity filled.
Another time, one of my kids had her spacer fall out. She still had it. We called the dentist to have it put back in. Her visit was scheduled and then re-scheduled because of some other reason. When she did go finally, it was an hour wait in the waiting room and then another hour at least before the doctor would come just to say he wasn't going to put the spacer back in.
My son also had an appointment with this office. This office visit was on a Friday just recently. We arrived ten minutes before the scheduled time and the office was closed. We waited for a few minutes to see if someone would show up, but no one did. We called before we got home and no one answered. We left a message for them to return our call, but no one ever did.
One more thing that I am not liking too well is that unlike any other doctor I have ever had or that my kids have had, they will not call to remind/confirm your appointments. You have to call them yourself.

I felt discriminated by the receptionist, Stephanie. She would book me far into the future, then I'd leave messages for her and I would receive nothing back. I feel bad enough that my teeth make me look horrible, but all the time she was smiling at me, she was twisting the knife! The Doctors did a good job on me and were patient with me...unfortunately, you have to get by the receptionist to get to the doctors.:O(
