i was schedule for root canal with dr steliotes..it was on 2/14/2008..when i went i was switched to be handle by someone else i have never meet before..name dr khurana..it was 4 hrs and i came out of that office after procedure looking like i have a football on my left cheek. it was avery horrible experience..i was scheduled for 3 and this ladies was not experience doing root canal..she was in and out of the room in the middle of procedure visiting the other room where her on of her family was being treated. she injected me wit novaccaine which cause the never on my upper lift to be sensivite even til this day.. the whole procedure had to be redone by a root canal specialist dr alatrache..he was excellent..
never got an apology from niether doctor...dr khurana broke the needle inside my bottom tooth and still embeded in there xray shows it's there..
we consulted a lawyer and offered us to take $5K for malpractice which is not even enough for the pain and suffering it put me through..the expense and the missed days of work, humiliation and so forth..
they had the nerve to call me back to ask me to proceed wth the cosmetic work quoted for 22K..
Unbelievable!!
