Front staff/assistants are younger and immature. Lack professionalism. Poor customer service and accomodation for patients.
Filling- tooth remained sensitive. Had a hole for several years in my tooth. Once I requested to have it examined closer, she realized that it was a very deep decay.
Chair side manners: she is porfessional but can be overheard talking about other patients and unprofessional topics.
