I went to Dr. Schuchert absolutely terrified of the dentist/ortho and now I can say I'm cure of that. I'm an adult and needed Braves and finally made the jump to get them. Dr. Schuchert was absolutely fantastic and got to know me as a person instead of another money-maker. He told me my options and what he thought was best and I did I had my incognito Braves put on. He is extremely confident and proud of his work. As far at some the other review, if you aren't pleased or have questions, make yourself known and tell him and he will explain everything and do his best to get what you want done. Everytime I go in I have questions about my teeth and how I want them to look and he does his best to make it that way. Not everybody can have their teeth look like movie stars, but he does the best with what he has to work with. I'm Extremely pleased with going to him so much that know my brother does as well.
About Front Desk: The front desk help are nice and friendly, the office staff itself is personable. There are times were they seem a little catty... But it's an office and things can sometimes get that way.

I would NOT recommend Happy Valley. my teeth came out worse than when I went in there. I had braces and the only decision they let me make on my teeth was what color my braces are going to be. I only have 4 teeth showing in the front and instead of drilling extra teeth, they just created an illusion that those extra teeth were there and it didnt work for me. I look ridiculous and they didn't even ask me if I wanted that procedure done or not, they just assumed I didn't. the staff gossip and the girls can be ignorant and catty. my teeth look horrible. It looks like I only have 4 teeth. it's ridiculous
