Dr. Wadsworth and his staff told me they were doing me a favor by fitting me in for my scheduled appointment when they messed up the amount of time allotted for the appointment. My appointment was for 10am at 10:20 they told me they didn't schedule enough time for my root canal and IF they could get me in, it would be another hour wait. They also never told me there could be more than one appointment needed and I already had an appointment scheduled to get my crown at my dentist the next day. They were able to "fit" me in and the hygienist proceeded to tell me they were doing me a favor getting me in and that when most offices make a mistake they just tell the person to come back another time. I was appalled at their customer service and I do not recommend this office to anyone. Also at my initial visit the wait time was long. If you do go here you might as well come 30 minutes later because you will still have to wait.
About Front Desk: The lady at the front was compassionate and caring. Unfortunately that is not the case with the rest of the staff.

Dr. Wadsworth was so nice and comforting during my root canal and also has BEST staff. I was treated like gold.

This procedure was painless. I was very fearful never having had a root canal done and I am very asthmatic. He explained every part of procedure before and while doing the root canal as well as making some adjustments needed to make me more comfortable with my breathing. His staff is cordial to everyone and very attentive to your needs. This is the only endodontist I would go to. I would highly recommend to everyone.
