Dr. Regan is a very good dentist. His prices are very reasonable. His office staff are courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Regan if you are searching for a dentist in the Scranton area.

Dr Regan has always been very professional while personable with me and my husband. We can't say enough about HIM personally as a dentist. However......
His front desk staff leaves the bad taste in my mouth. When he was on Pittston Ave, his desk staff were just as amazing as he is. But since moving his location to the new office on Keyser, EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL (which is maybe only twice a year to confirm our 6 month check ups or if we have a dental emergency) , I get a "tone" by his staff who answer the phone and treated as if I'm a nuisance. I don't appreciate being spoken to with a condescending tone. It's to the point now where I felt the need to write this review about his front desk staff! They are horrible and if it wasn't for Dr Regan's excellence in dentistry, I'd switch dentists. My only hope is that he gets an opportunity to read this and do something about his front end staff.
