I would like to know why she always finds some dental issues and send the kids for surgeries, finds cavities or they need some dental work done. I heard the same story from my friends.

I'm very happy with my kids mouth job.I did notbhad to pay for anything because my insurance covered everything. I would definitely recommend this facility to any one in need of a good pediatric dentist.
About Front Desk: The dentist at this facility are Great but no have no stars for this unprofessional front desk ladies. They do not know how to answer phones. They keep you on hold for more than 5 minutes. And if you try again they would answer and put you back on hold without telling she's going to. I experienced this all the time.

I took my two year old here when she fell and broke her front tooth. Aside from being very impatient and rude, the cap was done so poorly that the next dentist couldn't fix it, and therefore became infected and the tooth needed to be pulled (less than a year later). We were there twice, both times a 40 minute wait past our scheduled time. I would highly recommend staying far away from this dentist.

Male dentist here is fantastic but office staff is ghetto and rude!!! Switching dentists sick of the rude staff!!!

I took my 2.5 year old daughter to see Dr. Perez because we noticed marks on her teeth. It was my daughter's first visit to a dentist. Dr. Perez did not explain what she was going to do before she did it, so my daughter had no idea what was going to happen. She cleaned my daughter's teeth without taking a break at all. After two minutes my daughter started crying and getting scared and Dr. Perez wanted to continue without giving her a moment to have a break. She determined that my daughter's teeth had stains, which came off during the cleaning. I asked what foods to avoid to keep new stains from appearing. She had no idea what to suggest. A week after we left her office the stains returned. I called Dr. Perez's office and left THREE messages asking her to call me back. I have yet to hear from her. I found her to be completely unprofessional and not at all gentle or good with children. We will never go back.

I took my 6yr old son here because he won't sit at the family dentist. Well they stated he had at least 6 cavities and needed them fixed asap and was going to be knocked out. I didn't feel comfortable with this and didn't really believe this was the case. I waited a few mths and my husband took him back to the family dentist, got x-rays and there were NO cavities at all! I couldn't believe it. I really didn't think he had any but come on-they were trying just take my money!

Terrible, my autistc son was told that if he didnt put the mask on before his surgery(to knock him out). That he would just have all of his teeth ripped out while he was awake. My Daughter had cavities, dentist did work that they did in the 1960s. She looks like she has a mouth of metal. Before surgery the dentist didnt evsn introduce herself. I had to do the introducing of myself. not personable, shouldnt be working with kids.

About Hygienist: Cold. My son is autistic. It is in his file. Did ANY of the staff look in his file. NO!
