Everything seems great at first and it's not until there is a minor problem that you see the ugly side of this dental office.
They did not keep good records on how many times we had dental cleanings. They made a mistake and booked my kids for 3 dental cleanings in one calendar year and our insurance only covers 2. They were well aware that my kids had already used up their 2 cleanings for the year. The last and 3rd cleaning was booked end of December. Had it been booked one week later, it would have been in a new calendar year and 100% covered. When I called to discuss this I was rudely told by office manager Christine that it's a courtesy to me that they even accept and file my insurance claims!! I told her that was poor customer service and said I didn't think the dentist would want that type of poor customer service towards his clients. She must have whipped up some wild story to tell him as next thing I get is an inappropriate voicemail (yes, he was stupid enough to leave it on a voice message to play for everyone I know) from the dentist stating we need to find a new dentist as they will not tolerate threats? I made no threats. I never had the opportunity to even talk to him about our experience with Christine. Crazy! Beware
