First visit was scheduled for a cleaning and exam. When I arrived I learned I was only going to have my teeth cleaned and would have to schedule another appointment for the comprehensive exam. The comprehensive exam took over an hour, although turned the massage on, on my chair, I didn't appreicate them taking photographs of each one of my teeth. Then they placed a pen like objective over each tooth and if it beeped a high tone, then they said there is a cavity. Two teeth beeped and was scheduled for two filings. (In my 50s and these were the second time I have ever had a cavity). End of the story, I had sever pain in those two teeth for over 12 months and a specialits told me the filings were so small, I shouldn't have had them done. The follow up appointments with Dr. Dobson to alleviate the pain were a waste of time. Stay away....
About Front Desk: Very friendly and thye give you a pamper sheet to check off what you want...Chapstick, warm washcloth, massage chair, etc. I didn't need anything but got massage chair turned on.

About Hygienist: Inexperienced, average cleaning. She made a big deal about some uniqueness of my gums that I have never heard before...made me feel like I was weird.
