Dr. Olsen might be a good dentist but is not to be trusted as far as patients' money is involved.
I saw Dr. Olsen several times. A mayor procedure was planned, involving Dr. Olsen, as well as dental surgeon Dr. Holtzen and anesthesiologist Dr. Ochs (both from the Cosmetic Arts Center in Missoula).
In the early morning of the surgery date, I arrived all prepped in the surgeon's office. Right there and then, the surgery was cancelled.
I have epilepsy. All doctors involved were fully briefed and assured me their experience in working with people with epilepsy. Turned out that was not the case. Dr. Ochs refused anesthesia after hearing about my seizure activity.
I was mislead by both offices involved, contracts were broken, trust was broken, my stress level hit the roof. My money had been taken by both offices without a second thought, though, well ahead of surgery / treatment day.
While the Cosmetic Arts Center refunded the entire amount of my prepaid fees, Dr. Olsen kept part of his fee for expenses, charging me, instead of those responsible for the cancellation: Dr. Ochs! Dr. Holtzen!
