He did unauthorized treatment on my 14 year old daughter after I had specifically denied this treatment. He first lied and told me I agreed to the treatment and later said that he was in there and just, "took the liberty to do it." He absolutely overstepped his bounds. he was not apologetic nor did he care that he gave a minor treatment that was refused. Very rude with me that I was angry. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
