Would never recommend. Had a 9:00 appt today that I showed up at 9:08 (I was driving an hour away, got stuck in traffic,waited three weeks for this appointment). Got here and the front desk woman was extremely rude and combative from the beginning and said they couldn't see me. Their next appointment was at 9:45 and she continued to be rude, belittling and down right nasty. I have honestly never experienced such horrible treatment at a medical facility. They never saw me and she said her friend was coming in and didn't want to make her wait so they cancelled my spot.

Dr. Kemp has been our family dentist since he began practice in Burlington, NC. We have been pleased with the quality of care received as well the friendly atmosphere of the office. His staff is highly qualified and efficient.

I have had lots of treatment done in this office over the years and it has always been a most pleasant experience. He is a great Christian person and so is his staff. They are totally the best around. They are all truly concerned about your dental health and making you feel at ease while there. They take the time to make calls after stressful appointments and go out of their way to make you feel important.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting a caring office and fair prices for your treatment.
