It is the best dentist office, I have been going to Dr. Baucom, since I was about 8 years old,
and he always has been a good dentist, and has taken good care of our family's dental care, and we always enjoy visiting his office very much,
Everyone that works there is nice.

My family started to go to Dr. Baucom, since 1968, when he first opened up his dentist office.
My parents both went to him, and us (we were 4 kids, but one was not living at home anymore),
I broke a tooth in school, while running in a race, and he really tried to fix it, and was so nice to me, and my whole family. He is in Charlotte, and even though I married, and moved away, I still stay in touch, and stop by to visit him,I always loved when he whistled, he whistles all the time, and then, when I was a little girl, we used to be able to pick out a toy, from the "toy chest", and get a free toothbrush! I always looked forward to getting my teech checked by Dr. Baucom!

I feel so comfortable with Dr. Baucom and he is a wonderful dentist and great person. Even though I have relocated away from Charlotte, I still keep Dr. Baucom as my dentist and will as long as I can do so. He is excellent as is his staff.

Friendly, talkative (!), informative and skilled. The whole office is very warm and supportive.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Baucom or his staff. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very good at what they do. They make you feel at home & are the tops with personal attention. As a dentist, Dr. Baucom is the best there is. His expertise is off the charts. He has literally 'created' teeth for me when someone else would probably have sent me for thousands of dollars worth of work he knew I couldn't afford. And when a specialist is needed, he knows the best & he is very well thought of and highly respected in the profession. Dr. Baucom is a rare breed and we will not likely see his equal anytime soon. I count Dr. Baucon, Betty, Virginia and the whole staff as friends.
About Hygienist: Betty has been my hygienist & friend for years. She's gentle, thorough, knowledgable & completely puts you at ease. She's also great to teach oral health care. And she gives you the tools and makes sure you know how to floss, how to brush, etc. We know about each other's family, kids, challenges and wins. Over the years she's not only kept my teeth clean, we've become friends.

Dr. Baucom is a great Dentist who does great work. I like everyone else dislikes the idea of the visit, but once in the office your treated like old friends. The cost is reasonable, the staff is wonderful and the pain if any is minimal.

Billing problems constant. Manual systems hurt an excellent old practice. Dr Hockaday is taking over practice as Jim retires
