Great Dentist. Very personable. My husband and two kids go to Dr. Bullard and have had excellent service. I had previous taken my kids to a pediatric dentis but they much prefer Dr. Bullard. The appointments run on time and you never have to wait and are given very good attention to your needs. They do not try to pressure you into any treatments, but just give you advice and options.

Dr. J Bullard and staff are very friendly people, but the services they provide are limited to the deepness of your pocket. He was my doctor for 3 to 4 years until my husband lost his job and health insurance. My husband and I carried a zero balance with this practice. While uninsured and unemployed, I found myself needing emerg. dental care, but could not afford the bill up front. I asked if I could make payments, but they would not work with me even though I had been with them for years and have proven to be loyal. Today, I am still without coverage, but was given temp pregnancy Medicaid. That means I can go to the dentist, but Bullard does't work with the so-called poor. Nope, I can't even go back to my doctor with my full coverage "poor people's" insurance. They are all quick to tell you about their Jesus, but not willing show the care that goes along with that character. And for the record, I never asked for any free services.
Find a doctor that can offer care and support when you need it the most.

Very friendly staff. Relaxing,comfortable environment. My entire family (including small children) go there. Been seeing Dr. Bullard for 10+ years and will never change!

Dr. Bullard and his staff is great. If you have a tooth pain, they work you in very quickly. The staff explains everything in detail. They want you to ask questions. I have never had a bad experience. If you have a tooth pulled, Dr. Bullard or one of his staff will call you within a couple of days to ensure that you are doing good. Awesome dentist.

I have gone to Dr. Bullard for over 11 years and am 100% satisfied with him and his staff. Everyone is so accommodating to my dental needs. I never have issues with my insurance as they are thorough in the processing of my claim. Every aspect of treatment is done with a smile. If you are looking for a dentist in University City, Dr. Bullard and his team ARE THE BEST!

I have known and been a patient of Dr. Todd Bullard for over 19 years and would not go to any another Dentist. His staff is excellent and have been there almost as long as he has. I tried going to another Dentist, because the insurance was less expensive with their recomended dentist plan. Bad mistake!!! You get what you pay for and trust me it is worth the extra for the care and attention you receive at Dr. Bullards Office. Hamburger versus fine wine,aged steak and good sheets.
About Hygienist: Best, clean, caring , concerned, good conversation, really glad to see you each time you visit. Stresses flossing and good hygine. scheduleing follow up appointments.

I am so happy with this practice that I have moved out of the area but I continue to go there. I have felt comfortable here from my very first visit.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist is the most important part of my visit. They are super friendly and take the time to do a great job. You will never feel rushed here!

I have had dr bullard and his staff as my dentist for the last 4yrs and I could not be happier about the service that I have gotten and the price of the services offered. I wouls say that there must be lots of other happy people as well, since you have make your appointments 6 months in advance!

I called the office after breaking a tooth and told the staff I was in pain and needed to see Dr. Bullard. They called me back later to tell me that Dr. Bullard said I could wait until my next appointment (a week away).
Also, incomplete medical notes in my record delayed my insurance benefits by 8 months.
