Dr. Givens is very nice and polite, but his staff and office etiquette are terrible. There is a foriegn lady there who is very rude and makes unwarranted remarks about your mouth. Isnt this the reason why i am seeing the dentist. I think I will be taking me and my family services elsewherew as today I had a scheduled appointment and was bumped. Yes they rescheduled me without my approval only after i had taken off work and reported to there office. the same foriegn laldy had called last week leaving a message asking that i call to confirm my appointfmnet. When i made my appointment i planned to attend so therefore should be no reason to question if i would make it or not, let alone not giving me the courtesy call to say that my appointment was cancelled. I have recommended several friends to this office and will let them know as well as informing people this is not the office you want to pay for service. As a long time patient i am very disappointed and will make my opinion known.
About Hygienist: I will be suree to get the name of the rude hygienist as she because I feel it needs to be known as she has also partially cleaned my teeth saying that the stains were too tough and they had ran out of the blasting solution and my teeth would be back the same when i return for next cleaning anyway.

This dentist is surrounded by very knowledgable and professional staff. The issue is not with his staff. He is not a bad dentist as far as the work he did but his bedside manner stinks. He talks down to you in a condescending tone and comes across as arrogant, smug and uncaring. He gives the most painful oral injection I've ever had. I've since met other people that went to him at some point and they confirmed having had that same experience. I gave him three chances as anyone can have a bad day or bad interaction but I finally decided to find another doctor. I definitely do not recommend him if you have any anxiety issues.

Very pleasant facility. Dr. Givens is very honest and loves his job. Works very well and carries fair prices.

Super great guy and very friendly..explained everything to me in full detail before proceeding with it and let me make my own decision!
