It wasn't about the dental work. It was the fact that I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like his only concern were to get me in and out. And he didn't even take the time and sit down with me to consult about my dental plan because I'm very concerned about my teeth. He didn't make sure I understood where my next step was and for that, I don't want to go back. Just because customer service. I can't stand being serviced and nobody gives a crap about what I'm worried about because I look up the the dentist for answers.

I had updates done to the crowns on my lower teeth. My crowns dated back to 1972 due to a car accident. Dr Gouch broke my root canals when he applied extreme force attempting to place my new crowns on the root canal post in my gum. I tried to stop him verbally and he refused to stop. When I freed my hands, I used my hands to attempt stopping him, but he pushed my hands away and continued forcing crowns on my root canal post breaking the post as he did not seem to have the crowns aligned with the root canal posts. I left in extreme pain and have encountered $20,000 worth of expense to repair the damage he has done to my teeth. Fracturing my root canals led to an infection that created bone loss with a need for a bone donor. Dr Gouch entered the room in an angry state of being on the day he broke my root canals. He was not his usual smiling self I entrusted my dental care with when I met him 2 1/2 years ago. I believe he took his troubled day out on me when he broke my root canals and refused to stop while I did everything possible to stop him. He appears to have emotional issues that interfere with his work.

Dr. Gouch and his staff did a great job while I was at his facility. He and his staff were very friendly and warm throughout my experience. I was in pain and he helped me out so much. I am definitely going back.

Dr. Gouch cracked my tooth while drilling for a fill in and didnt inform me that he had cracked my tooth. He tried to make as if nothing was wrong and send me to a root canal specialist the very next day but i couldnt open my mouth so i didnt go for 2 weeks when i finally went i was informed that my tooth was cracked and filled and he also chippd one of my tooth. I will be suing! This dentist is not the way to go! If i had been informed i would have understood but to lie and send me to get a crown to cover his mistakes is not right and he will pay!
About Hygienist: Materials doesnt look clean as well as the dentist hygiene.

He did a good partial plate and I am very happy with it. Works well with insurance

Dr Gouch stays very busy. I suspect part of this is because he frequenltly has people with emergencies that his staff works into the schedule. Sometimes my appointments take a bit longer than I expect, but then, I've been one of those with an emergency on several occasions and was able to get in that day.
Some times I think his price a little high, but he works well with me and my insurance to moderate the cost.
He's been my dentist for well over 20 years.
