I am so pleased that I have Dr. Jaynes as my dentist. He is very caring. He and his staff know that I absolutely "hate" going to the dentist, so they are very patient with me and they always ease my anxiety when I come for my visits. I would not even consider seeing anyone else other than Dr. Steven Jaynes. He is kind, great personality, and very thorough.

dentist and hygienists seem to be great and the staff in general are always nice and pleasant. front desk worker is a gem.
facilities/office space feels a little outdated and on the 'old' side with no real frills/bells/whistles.

This is an excellent doctor with a servants heart. He treated my family for over two years without paying anything. I was sent to them by Pastor Care a ministry out of Ralegh.The care was over the call of duty. They accept my insuarance now and it covers most of the work as shown by the current breakdown I have for the last procedue done which was covered at a hundred percent. Sometimes there is a shortfall which they still cover to this day. We are amazed. The hygienists are excellent. My children look forward to going to the dentist. The atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. They do a thorough work of checking for disease and do not waste time trying to sell a product. Dr. Jaynes and his team are an asset to the Charlotte area I honestly recommend them to anyone who wants quality dental work done.
About Hygienist: Excellent ladies who are proffesional yet treat you like family. Great rapport with kids. They do a thorough job cleaning and checking for diseases. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

There is hardly any wait for our appointments and the staff is wonderful. I trust them to do a great job without trying to "sell" us on unnessary procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jaynes for ten years and have been very satisfied with the care I've gotten from him and his staff. Dr. Jaynes does a thorough evaluation including checking for cancer and periodontal disease. All the work he has done for me has been of the highest quality. His hygienists do a very thorough cleaning, also being careful to examine for any gum problems. From the moment one of Dr. Jaynes' receptionists answers the phone, or when you walk in the waiting room, you are made to feel welcomed and valued. Visiting this office is as fun as a dental office can get. A good spirit pervails.

I've trusted Dr. Jaynes for over 10 years. I pay more for insurance so that I may continue to be a patient of his! He is always honest and always has my best interest at heart. Never tries to push unnecessary procedures.

He is a great dentist. Very professional and staff is very personable. My kids love him too!
