He put unnecessary toxic amalgam "fillings" in my mouth. I became developmentally disabled. This dentist is responsible for my life being destroyed. He shouldn't be practicing dentistry and he should be removed of his liscense.

I never minded going to the dentist as a kid, and now that i am older i realize what a wonderful experience i was receiving at Dr. Johnson's office, now i cant wait to go to the dentist!!!!!!!
