... and happy - good customer service. Thank you, Sharon! I like that you accept Guardians, so it is not too pricy. Many services are available, 2 hygienists. Only a problem with hours... 7:3- till 4 pm.... But it is OK. People say, Doctors are better when they are fresh on the morning:-)
It is not my fault that not all 'stars' are entered right. I give the best grades to many things for this office. I cannot call it '5 stars hotel', LOL...!

Dr Jones has been my dentist since I moved to Charlotte and shortly after he came out of dental school. He has always provided superb work including extensive crown work. His chair-side manner is warm and friendly and he always asks about the family. My son and his wife both see him too.
I would recommend him to anyone both for general and cosmetic surgery. He is great!!!!
About Hygienist: Jeanne has been my hygienist for many years and she does a great job. She also remembers personal things which make you feel at home. She is gentle and my teeth feel terrific after a cleaning.

Dr Jones does excellent work with the smallest amount of discomfort ever. He cares about me and the results. I wouldn't look anywhere else.
About Hygienist: Jeanne has been there forever and is the best. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jones is a very warm, personable dentist that eases any anxieties you may have during your visit, while being extremely professional and knowledgeable in his practice. My whole famly goes to him, we will continue to, and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist in the area.

The whole staff at this office is great. I have recomened Dr Jones to everyone that I know and they all love him. He makes you feel like you are family and does not tell you things are wrong unless they really are. Every time I walk out of there I have a big ego because he makes me feel like I have the nicest teeth in Charlotte. He is the third and last dentist I have been to, I will never make a switch again.

Dr Jones is the best dentist in charlotte. He is always patient and friendly. The entire staff always remembers your name and make you feel comfortable

Dr Jones has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. He is very kind and gentle. His staff is friendly and accommodating. They always remember who I am when I call and treat me like an old friend. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a dentist.

Dr. Jones was friendly and warm. He filled my tooth with absolutely no pain. He took the time to talk to me and really made me feel comfortable. His work was expensive, only a little over half was paid by my insurance, but it was worth it to not hate going to the dentist. I would definitley recommend him to a friend. Also, the dental hygienist and other staff members were extremely gracious. It had been a while since my last cleaning, and she was very gentle and didn't rush through it or make me feel like a loser for not keeping up with my regular appointments.

I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH DR.JONES OVERALL ATTITUDE HE TREATED ME HARSHLY STORMED OUT OF THE ROOM WHEN I SUGGESTED AN ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT MIGHT BE IN MY PRICE RANGE AND REFUSED TO COME BACK IN THE ROOM...HE ALSO TREATED HIS STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING HIM IN THE FUTURE.

Dr. Jones is fine; however, his dental hygienist was rude to me. Therefore, I will not be going back.
