Many years ago I presented to this practice. The X-ray device used to take the X-ray was filthy. The support staff unprofessional and rude. I left and the next day I was sick.

I've had fillings, cleanings, etc. Best I can tell, he is an excellent dentist but he has HORRID bedside manner. More than once, after a hygienist has explained what will be done, he sits down pulls my mouth open and start drilling or whatever without so much as saying hello. It is fairly remarkable that someone can come across as this rude in this day and age. His staff is incredibly nice - don't know how much turnover he has, but I'll bet it is abnormal given how I've heard him talk to his hygienists. Too bad, because he does good work - just not worth the stress of the bad treatment.
