Was my first time visit. We did some x-ray and regular cleaning.
A nurse did my cleaning. Dr. Morris checked in the end.
The facilities looks nice, clean
My insurance covered everything we did that day.
Office staff are nice.
Dr Morris is really nice but I would NOT recommend to others, because of the nurse who cleaned my teeth. Please see below:
About Hygienist: The nurse who did my cleaning was NOT professional.... She barely can see, she asked me to hold the little mirror inside of my mouth while she is cleaning my teeth...and she told me more than once she cant see clear...that made me really nervous. I'm afraid to go back again ...I will try to see another dentist instead.

Exam, panoramic x-ray, impressions for 3 broken teeth on U/denture repair, lower partial impressions. Extremely friendly staff. Dr.Morris very detail oriented and easy to talk with. We have not insurance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Morris & office.
By the way, I wouldn't say he's "CHEAP" but by far the most reasonable anywhere in the Charlotte-Metro area I've found for the quality of service performed.

Dr Morris is the best dentist I have been to in Charlotte. I tried others before I became a regular patient and will not go anywhere else!

Dr Morris has a very nice facility and fine staff. He also offers Saturday hours. Twice, myself or my family has had to get in without an appt due to a filling falling out, etc, and has been able to be worked in the next day, without problem. The only issue that bugged me is once I had overpayed after insurance had also payed, and they kept the overpaid funds for many months until I inquired about it. They said it would have been discovered in an upcoming file review, and a refund sent at that time, had I not inquired. I was upset as I felt that had it been the other way around, and if I had not paid them for a few months, they would have been calling and mailing me bills frequently, rather then to let a bill go until an "upcoming file review". Why they did not pursue issuing a refund overpayment with the same vigor as had a bill been owed was concerning. Other than that, it is a fine facility and Dr. Morris has a very special way that makes novicaine shots almost painless!

Best denist I have ever been too. Chair-side manners are wonderful. Thorough, follow up wonderful.
