I avoided the dentist all of my adult life because of being frightened as a child. I wouldn't go to the dentist until I was in pain and simply had to go. Dr. Pappert's caring, solicitous care and sleep dentistry have changed all that. Sadly I found her after a lot of problems had developed and I had to get dentures and a partial, but they are beautiful and I'm very satisfied. It was very expensive, but I had to have very extensive work done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pappert to anyone. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. She makes her patients feel that she cares about their comfort and their lives.

Dr. Pappert is personable and professional, has always discussed treatment options with me so that I know exactly what's going on before it happens. She's really good at pain control. Still don't like going to the dentist, but when I have to, there is no other dental office I'd rather be at. I also really enjoy Johnnie, who is a blast! Always get a charge out of her.

About Front Desk: All have always been great. Good memories for the people that come through, and always friendly and helpful. The phone is always answered by a real person, and I've never been put on hold for very long at all.

I have had multiple cleanings and several fillings performed by Dr. Pappert and other staff over the years, I think that all of these procedures have been performed well and successfully. I would recommend this dentist to others.

Highly recommend Dr Pappert. She is a great dentist and kind person. When my mother was dying of cancer, she offered to clean her teeth at no charge and made special arrangements for me to bring her in the back entrance which was a shorter distance and no stairs.

All great experiences with Dr. Pappert and staff!! All the staff at Dr. Papperts office are a pleasure to be around, making sure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My family and I have been going to Dr. Pappert for years now for regular cleaning and filling procedures. All are a success with NO pain or complaints (something hard to find). They even go out of their way to help with insurance when needed. I would no doubt reccommened Dr. Pappert to all those looking for a professional dentist in the Charlotte area. So far I have had two pain free cleanings that went great. I have also had a root canal and a crown put on with no pain and it went smooth and quick. My visits are always comfortable with TV or music...and every one is so pleasant. It's the best dentist I've every been to.

Dr. Pappert is thorough from the first visit letting you know what is needed and creating a plan to follow through on your treatments. She is friendly, energetic and smiling at every visit. My teeth and gums have improved in the time that I have been seeing Dr. Pappert.

Had a crown done--I think it's the fourth one Dr Pappert has done for me. I love their attention to detail, and the concern for my comfort and my health. The assistant for the crown work, Johnnie, has been with Dr Pappert for many years and you will not find a happier, more pleasant and more professional staff person. We have a running gag that she smiles too much. :-) Because I have periodontal disease, I must go to the dentist four times a year. Going to this practice is a pleasure. I would highly recommend this dentist and her staff to anyone.
