I just moved to a new home and my previous dentist was too far away. I had a crown that came off and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Prevette based on the reviews he had here and the fact that his office takes my dental insurance. It was a terrible mistake. As soon as he looked at my tooth and took x-rays, there were 3 people in the room with me telling me how much I had to pay before he would work on my tooth. One stated that he "had been burned in the past" and had to have money up front or they would do nothing for me - period. They didn't even offer to let me use their phone when I had to call my husband about the cost-I had to go out to my car and use my cell phone. Tears were running down my face while the Dr. was working on my tooth, but neither he nor anyone else seemed to care. He was rough, and didn't stop when I raised my hand to let him know I was in pain--he acted like he just wanted to get it over with. I had to return to see him to have the crown put on and the treatment did not change. He was a little nicer, but still didn't seem to care how I was doing. I'm sorry, but I don't know how anyone can say he is gentle or the office staff is great. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist.

Great dentist with a great bedside manner. Everyone is great in the office. No complaints from me.

Dr. Prevette is very good. He made me feel at ease. I had work done while I was pregnant and he and his staff are wonderful.
