Dr. Ranzinger is very gentle and he has a calm demeanor. He is very particular and I never felt like he was rushing-always took his time! The receptionist Barbara was informative too. Overall a pleasant experience having crowns done. I will continue to go see Dr. Ranzinger. The hygientist was great, I went in for a more detailed ( also more expensive) cleaning, she felt it wasn't needed had me reevaluated and turns out I was fine to have just a normal cleaning. Due to her speaking up and taking the time to get the doctor she saved me $300.00.
