Reacted very negatively when I had pain - especially high levels of pain. I felt criticized and treated as if I was a "problem". This made me feel uncomfortable and as if they were not a very caring practice.
About Hygienist: Good and thorough. However, I have been treated (both before and since) by hygienists with a much more soft and smooth touch. Hygienist did not have a particullarly accurate touch = when she flossed or cleaned, she often hurt my gums.

The whole office is great. They are not even in my network yet I go there because she and her staff do such a great job.
