He is pretty nice but the staff is HORRIBLE. Very rude and won't call back to schedule you follow-up appointments. I would not recommend and urge whoever is reading this to do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

does unnecessary procedure that is not called for, and insurance does not cover it.

About Front Desk: Long waiting period His office manager is very rude. She imposes scheduling for unnecessary procedure, just to make money for the office. Her explanation is that your insurance will pay for it, which is not true and you end up with huge bill.

If you want to go to a doctor who will take you as a patient and not inform you about pay for Xray and tell you he will treat you and relocate. Go to this Dentist

Dr Timpton is very nice. His staff is terrible. The check-in assistant, Bridgette, is one of the worst. Like dealing with a disgruntled DMV or McDonalds employee. We quit this practice because of her. Also his dental assistants are unprofessional and gossipy.

Dr Timpton is a very good Dr with good skills,attitude and manners. His staff leave a lot to be desired.. I had peridontitis and it was not diagnosed till about a year later, which caused lots of problems,even though I had routine 6 month cleanings. . His office manager wife is a real witch with a capital B.

About Hygienist: His hygenist at the time was very poor in skills and really didn't care. I think they all stunk at that time.

Good dentist with a great attitude. He has some of the latest equipment but some of his assistants do not know how to use it effectivly. Dr. Timpton's wife is the office manager and she is toooo strict with the personnel there. They have a large turnover in personnel.
