a had a bridge replaced it turned out terrible! I can not bite my food, one tooth is too long. I cannot bite my nails because my teeth don't meet. they are big and fake looking. the shape of my mouth changed noticeably. I now look like I have an overbite. I went back twice and it is still not right! on the second visit, I don't think he did anything but squirt water all over my mouth! I have to get another dentist to correct it. I am also filing a complaint with the texas dental society.

This dentist has the worst chairside manners of any Ive ever seen. I read other reviews on here prior to visiting the office and found out the bad reviews are all right, and I was just a visitor not even a patient. He is downright rude not just to his patients but also to his staff. I was shocked at the way he was so rudely talking to his assistant, couldnt believe she puts up with that. His front office girl, (white girl with a really short, straight boys haircut) was nice to peoples face but as soon as they would turn around or leave, she would talk bad about them to the other girl or the Woman who sits in the back, whoever was there. In addition the dentist is constantly changing treatment up on patients so that their cost is constantly going up, He's money hungry and greedy because as I overheard he's building a new office. Would not recommend Dr Drinkwater if he were the last dentist in the world! In fact, he needs to go back to school to be taught social skills! I also overheard one of the girls call him " Satan", Guess even the office staff knows how he is! Hope he at least pays well ! But then again, theres only so much you can put up with for a paycheck!

this dentist could use a course in proper bedside manners. he's extremely curt and impolite and hardly allows you the opportunity to ask questions or address any concerns you may have. this character flaw wouldn't be an issue if the dental work were up to par, but it's not. if you bring to his attention any problems you're experiencing, he's awfully dismissive and bullies you into thinking the problem is all in your head and there's NO problem with the dental service he provided. i eventually went to another dentist and he was able to fix the problem promptly and with a pleasant disposition (!!!). i would advise you steer clear of this dentist.
