The first cleaning was performed by Dr. Lem, followed by the initial exam. She did a good job.
I also had a filling done at a later date, which was uneventful. Explanations about the treatment options were a bit scarce.
The service staff was good with on-site tasks, however some record requests appeared to be a challenge.
I had a great dentist at our previous place of living and compared to that I gave less than the best marks.

About Hygienist: One of my cleanings was done by the hygienist. She came across as insecure in her technique. I did not feel I got a good cleaning. Stains remained.
