This review is a little late since my last appointment but it still needs to be said. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about making an appointment but the location and pricing was just right for someone with no insurance, so I thought why not. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile when handed my paperwork to fill out. The front desk lady was super nice and very helpful when checking in and out. I waited in the waiting room for about 15-20 mins and was called back. One of the assistants who introduced her self, Ashley was wonderful. Her and the Dr. Newsome work great together, they made me feel comfortable and even made me laugh. I would recommend her to everyone. Also, when I was checking out I mentioned the bad reviews and they told me the whole office staff had been turned over which in their case, for the better.

DO NOT GO TO Suzanne Newsome for anything!!! I went for a check up about a tooth that was bothering me. All she wanted to do was redo a old root canal that WAS NOT bothering me. And the one tooth that I came in for she wanted to do a root canal on that one too. So I let her ( since she is the dentist and I thought she knew what she was doing)So now its been almost three months and I keep going back BECAUSE IT STILL HURTS! All she did was hit it and sent me home with a perscription. Well now its infected and I went back all she did was clean it out and told me to get a second appion. SHE STILL HAS NOT FIXED IT> COST ME OVER 1000.00 for one tooth that has not been fixed!!!! SO PLEASE SAY YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO HER!!!!!!!!!!

The dentist is rude and abrupt. I brought my son for an emergency visit because he had a fall and his tooth is turning gray. She did not address the tooth, which was the whole reason I brought him! I had to chase her down the hallway and all she had to say was "It is awfully dark" and walked away! The assistant was very nice and professional. On the way out, the children are allowed to pick a prize from the prize box. My son picked a very cheap looking motorcycle and asked if he could get one for his baby sister as well. I was explaining to him that it was very nice and thoughtful to think of his sister, but that we could only get one toy. The receptionist very loudly and rudely starts telling him "NO ONLY ONE", talking over me and interrupting me to my own child! No one asked for her to interject, and he was not fussing or anything, so there was no reason to talk over me and try to over parent me. Will never ever go back.
