Don't consider this dentist. He forgot to fill in the cavity after drilling my tooth, and I even went back to get it looked at after extreme sensitivity, and he told me it was normal. Without any context, my current dentist told me all the mistakes Mr. Schacht made. Furthermore, when I tried to get my x-rays sent to my new dentist, his staff was not only uncooperative, they were downright mean to me. On top of that, I overpaid for my procedure according to my insurance, and his staff lied to me about having that knowledge. I can't even consider Schacht a real dentist. Avoid his horrible service at all costs.

About Hygienist: Also an idiot. And extremely mean and condescending. But, she did seem to know what she was doing... cleaning teeth.

Great chair side manner, excellent assistant, very thorough, professional hygienist, newest technology. And they process insurance claims!
But perhaps what is most impressive is this doctor's commitment to community and giving back - he and his staff do indigent treatment at area shelters monthly. I'm pleased to support his commitment to outreach as a paying patient.

Very pleasant experience for first visit with my child. Staff and assistants very friendly. Dr. Schaat is very personable.
