Dr. Rosvall and his staff are - in one word - INCREDIBLE! Dr. Rosvall is an excellent dentist. Before going to Dr. Rosvall's office, I had a horrible experience with another dentist that was rough, impatient, and seemed like he was always rushed to get done and onto the next patient. Dr. Rosvall and his staff are nothing like that. They are professional, patient, very informative, and work with my insurance to make sure I pay less out of my pocket. His office is clean and welcoming to me and my family. Dr. Rosvall tells me my options, and allows me to choose what I feel most comfortable doing. He is affordable, and I always know how much something will cost BEFORE I get it done. I've never had a "surprise" on my bill. He even has an orthodontist in his office, so that my kids can get everything done in one place, which is a HUGE timesaver.
About Front Desk: Dr. Rosvall has a great staff. His assistants are very kind and full of energy. One even holds my hand when I have to get a shot! :-) They are quick to get me into the office for an appointment, and are open later on Wednesday nights, which works great for me as a working mom. Victoria, Dr. Rosvall's receptionist, is great with my insurance. She knows how much my insurance will pay for something before I get it done, and calls my insurance before every appointment to make sure nothing's changed.
