Dr Kelly and Julia were great! my cleaning and exam went quickly, painlessly and very well! However, Beverly the receptionist was not knowledgeable and short (not rude, but almost). When I asked if the practice participated in my dental insurance she told me yes. When I got the statement from my insurance company it turns out they don't... so what I thought would be completely covered by my insurance cost me $150. I do suggest the practice as they did a really good job - but don't expect accurate answers nor friendly service from the receptionist.
About Hygienist: Julia is very gentle and very thorough--she has really good manners and is very neat in appearance and work habits.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for 12 years. He is the only dentist that we trust and have used for our dental needs since we moved to Raleigh in 1997. Hands down, Dr. Kelly is by far the best dentist we have ever used.
He has alway's been kind, courteous, and professional. He has been fantastic with our two sons.
Just a little story about Dr. Kelly. A few years back, it was a Sunday evening about 6 p.m. My oldest son and a few of his friends were playing roller blade hockey out in the street. My son fell and broke his front tooth along with a fat lip, and other pretty good abrasions. I was able to contact Dr. Kelly at home. He IMMEDIATELY told my wife and I to meet him at his office. He was fantastic with my son. He was very understanding and didn't even hesitate when I called him. On Monday morning, he called us and asked how our son was doing.
For that reason and many other,we will alway's use Dr. Kelly as our family dentists. He is FANTASTIC.
About Hygienist: All of the staff he has working with him are unbelievably friendly and very good at what they do. Melissa is Dr. Kelly's assistant and she is AWESOME.
