I have a tiny mouth. I have never had any issues at the dentist until going here. I was manhandled. And I need a night guard and will now have to wait years (for dental insurance to cover) to try a new dentist to get one made because I cannot wear either of the two made at this dentist.

Honest, up front not bs like usual up sell tactics of other clinics, awesome staff, doesn't shame for condition of teeth, seeks to do right thing honestly. very pleasant.
Clone him please. Model for all other dentists and offices to follow.
About Front Desk: Great gals. Little more attention to insurance detail needed. otherwise great! I'm a patient and have no reason to boast unnecessarily. I've referred many over 20 yrs.

Madison Williamson is a true old-fashioned dentist.. In the best sense of the term. If you are tired of overpriced cleanings and being pressured to pay for unnecessary dental care, this is a practice for you.
Many dentists I have seen in the DC Metropolitan area seem to be more interested in the bottom line than helping the patient get affordable quality dental care. Dr. Madison Williamson is not one of them.
I visited Dr. Williamson's office after experiencing excruciating pain from a bad cavity. Dr Williamson did a root canal and post/core buildup. When it turned out my insurance wouldn't cover the work, he offered a discount making the price very reasonable.
