3 fillings, 3 crowns 2 restorative treatments. I have insurance but it was ending the month I was seeing Dr.Oley. He agreed to take the payment from the insurance and let me waive my out of pocket expense as I had recently lost my job. He has a funny comfortable vibe-- tells anecdotes. He does however appear to be assisting more than 1 patient at a time and leaves the exam room for 15+ mins at a time. His work is first rate . Prices are a little higher than average for the Richmond area, but as I mentioned he will discount on an 'as needed' basis.
About Front Desk: All staff is well trained. They run a tight office and they stay very, very busy. If I have any questions, someone will always assist me quickly, efficiently and aware of the patients posssible need for privacy.
About Hygienist: I do not recall her name. Very professional, personable. Her manner was efficient and caring.
