To glue a broken front tooth cap back on. no holiday schedule posted on web site or on answering machine. I parked outside dds office and called at opening time. The dds and min staff was there, not sure why. They were nice enough to see me. After gluing the tooth, the last conversation Dr Howard and I had was I had a decision to make, get the cap in Va or in Ks since this was during the holidays and I was literally ready to drive to Ks that day. I paid $185.00 for one tooth x-Ray and gluing a broken cap on. 3 hrs after the glue job I tried to fit a mouth guard, the glue job broke..my fault. Called the dds office. Person there called the dds, the person called me back to come get glue for me to glue the tooth back on. Next day I glued the tooth back on...it did not hold. Later that day I received a text saying I had an Appt on Monday. I had not talked to anyone about an appt, it took me a while to figure out the text was from dds office. At the appt. I was prepared to get a cap, I did not have the broken tooth in the office, after about 3 minutes it was clear they were not. I got up and walked out. There was no consult, no looking at the broken tooth, no looking at the broken cap...nothing. I received a bill for $72.0
About Front Desk: Very poor communication from Dr Howard, to her staff to me. She should have never made an appointment for me without someone talking to me first.

About Hygienist: Dr Howard highly recommended that I get the cavities at my gum line filled when I got to Ks. I went to my dentist in Ks...they were stains on my real teeth not cavities between the caps and gum line.
