We are not at all happy! My son had his braces removed last month. We were originally told that we could choose the type of retainer. We chose the permanent retainer on the bottom and plastic/wire insert on the bottom. When my son came back they said he had to have molds made and plastic retainers on both uppers and bottoms. So we got the retainers. A month later my son had his retainer in the case. The cheap case didn't latch and the case popped open with the retainer in it during a game and got damaged. So I called to get new retainers made.....They quoted me $210 which I wasn't happy with especially since the case was somewhat to blame. When my son got there they said the price was now $420. They said someone misquoted and the price was $420. I would not recommend this practice.
I know this doctor: My son was having orthodontic treatment from Dr. Sime who was wonderful. He retired and the practice was sold to Dr. Jeff Phillips and now to Dr. Martin Gochnour. Dr. Sime would talk to us each time about treatment. I never once had a conversation with Dr. Phillips or Dr. Gochnour - only the staff. I would not recommend this practice unless you want to be just a number!

Our family loved Dr. G. He always was very upbeat, positive and great with my Son Ethan. He had a great way of getting my son to want to follow directions. The results where fabulous.
Dr. G and his staff where always fun, appropriate, and gave you the top of line care. I am so pleased on how my sons Teeth came out and I would highly recommend Dr. G for Orthodontic Care and Treatment.
My son had a tough case and Dr. G is at the Top of his field and helped us to have the confidence along the way due to a great explanation of what would be done. Very personalized service.
