I asked to schedule with a specific dr, but never get that person, so this review isn't specific to Dr. Clemens. There is no privacy at Dells Dental. No doors on the rooms. They try to compensate with TVs, but they are loud, annoying, and the staff gets distracted by them. I often wait for the work to continue when the staffer is watching the TV instead of working on my teeth. The older dentist always tries to sell me products I've already said no to countless times. I only go to them because my insurance isn't accepted anywhere else local. If I ever need more than a routine cleaning, I'll be going elsewhere.
About Front Desk: The TV in the lobby is always soooo loud. It's very annoying. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

About Hygienist: She insists on repeatedly asking very personal medical questions that aren't related to my dental care. I've asked her to stop and told her I'd let her know if anything changed, but it still happens.

Dr David Clements is a very competent dentist and has very good nature and is very friendly and has a very gentle approach to dentistry, I personally do not like needles and found his technique to be the least invasive and least traumatic of any dentist I have been to.
Highly recommended.
