Too busy running for public office, visits delegated to a newly graduated 2 year associate. She removed 3 teeth then sutured site; pain was a 9 out of 10. Sutures held less then 24 hrs before dissolving in my mouth. 24 hrs latter attempted to place the temp but palate and frontal gums quite sore and swollen. W/0 my permission charged entire treatment plan to my credit card with none of the work completed. Before next appt. mailed me appliance and discharged me as a patient. His fees highest in area! Dr's office called "dentistry by design" is more of a cosmetic dentistry practice suggesting patient repair or replace teeth which work but not for Hollywood stars full capped mouth. I am a senior in age never been told to take my emergency suffering mouth elsewhere.
About Front Desk: Very pushy to have extra services.performed. supplied incorrect hours for local pharmacy preventing me from picking up pain medicine.
About Hygienist: Seen by several, none outstanding except Dr Feit's asst.
