Watch out for the scheduling and billing practices of Dr. Ganes and his office staff. They don't seem to understand basic insurance requirements for billing (like 6 months doesn't mean 5 months and 3 weeks), so when they make a mistake you are on the hook for the entire bill.

About Hygienist: Very attentive.
