Needs to find a nicer way to explain the need to brush and floss to the patients who do not do so.
I know this doctor: long enough to gather facts about his performance

I had these teeth all extracted at once he was very rough and I am now in horrible pain. .. I called the emergency number telling him there was a piece of tooth still in there, he said no they were all out... I went to the er for some pain relief and they confirmed there was still a tooth piece in there so I called the office in the morning and was again refused an appointment to have it looked at still in horrible pain I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DENTIST!!!!

Today i was suppose to get two teeth out .. I am 6 months pregnant first off... The nurse was a sweetheart and was very nice. The dentist was a complete jerk. When he went to numb me it hurt, I have had 4 teeth pulled in the past and never have I felt the pain he inflicted. He said he numbed both sides. Only my right side was numb and I told him that, he went to start the procedure and told me if I felt anything to raise my left hand. I know there is a pressure feeling when getting them out but this time i could literally feel what he was doing. The cut my gum which is not nesr the tooth, made me bleed and asked if I could feel it and i did! He then said I was too emotional and would " find a oral surgeon who takes your state insurance" it was a low blow. He said it in such a rude manor. I am sitting here at home in pain and still crying because yes the way he treated me made me emotional. What gives him the right to be rude to me. I was not numb on my right side and could feel what he was doing, and then to make me feel horrible because of being on state insurance ( why couldn't he just say insurance) why make me feel so low.. Worst attitude from a dentist, I would never recommend him to anybody!
About Front Desk: The ladies at the front were very nice in helping me bump up my appointment, but today after seeing him and his attitude she was very rude when I went to leave.
